The price is the same even if you only ride one way. - Pets may enter only if they have received rabies and combination vaccinations, and at least 2 weeks but less than 1 year have passed since the vaccination. Additionally, pets in heat, pets currently undergoing treatment for illness or injury, and pets with aggressive behavior are not permitted. - On the day of use, you must exchange your voucher for a paper ticket at the Ticket Center. A 7-minute aerial stroll aboard a new 10-person gondola lift offering 360° views takes you to the summit of Iwatake Mountain at 1,289 meters above sea level. From there, enjoy panoramic 360° vistas stretching across the Northern Alps, Hakuba Village, and the mountains of Northern Shinano.

Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort
We offer four free parking areas, including a large parking lot with a capacity of 1,000 vehicles located directly in front of the Gondola Mountain Base Station. Except for certain periods, entry is available 24 hours a day, so you can feel confident arriving by car. The large parking lot also features free changing rooms and restrooms (open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). On Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25, 2025, parking fees will be ¥1,000 (per day, per vehicle) due to an event being held. In addition, a free shuttle bus will operate from within the village and neighboring areas during the following periods. 2025 Green Season Free Shuttle Bus within the Village Please get off at “Iwatake GL” in the local area. Operation Period: Thursday, April 24, 2025 - Sunday, November 16, 2025 *If you have an advance ticket, please present it when boarding. If you purchase a ticket on site, please inform the driver. *When returning, please present your round-trip ticket for that day.
